Promoting mental health and safety at work

Recently I wrote about Mental health in the workplace and referred to a new standard for psychological health in the workplace set by the Canadian Standards Association. I described BC’s Bill 14 that states a worker is entitled to compensation where a mental disorder is a reaction to workplace bullying and harassment.
